At ALOTOFBRASSERA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or refund.

Returns:

We accept returns for most non-customized items within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a valid return authorization number.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you are approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customized items:

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items. This includes items that have been personalized or made to order specifically for you. If you have any issues with a customized item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy above.
