We offer free shipping on all orders.
Our products are made to order. Most orders are received in 7-14 business days from order to delivery.
United Kingdom: 4-6 business days.
United States: 5-7 business days.
Canada 6-12 business days.
France 6-12 business days.
Please allow a few extra days for custom color orders and up to 7 days for custom length and light-to-plug-in changes.
Although we strive to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once the parcel leaves our facility, the courier company has full discretion over timely delivery. We recommend purchasing well in advance of your deadline to avoid unexpected delays.
Refunds for Unmet Deadlines:
We cannot refund an order while it is in transit. If the order does not arrive by the specified date, it must be returned to us for a refund to be processed.
Address / Delivery Issues:
In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient is required to coordinate with the courier to resolve shipment issues. This may involve picking up the parcel at the courier's office. While we will do our best to liaise with the courier, recipient involvement is crucial for a quick resolution due to varying time zones and languages.
We take care to ensure that your product reaches you in the best condition. Items are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging materials to protect against damage, soiling, or other damages.
If there is any problem with the item or delivery, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ensure that the issue is resolved. Refunds are payable after receiving the returned product in good, salable condition. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. In the case of returns, the buyer will pay the return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damage During Transit:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot provide a free replacement, as claims to the courier require a 7-day notice. We strongly encourage you to inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues promptly.
Non-Deliveries / Returned Delivery:
If a delivery is returned due to address issues or the recipient not being present for delivery, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel - this will be calculated and communicated before resending. If the customer decides they would prefer a full refund, a refund can be issued only when the returned parcel is received, and the original postage costs to send the parcel will be deducted from the purchase price.
